The right decision
Don't you like it when the right decision is the one that evolves staying tucked up in your apartment. Today we were going to venture out for sushi, a movie (Venus) and a trip to the sportstore to get my racket re-strung. Instead I am curled up on the sofa with a coffee whilst Alex watches the game; basketball I believe, an antidote to sitting through Friends With Money with me. This is of course after I'd spent the better part of the day getting to grips with Claudius and Nero. I am starting to get my head in to revision mode; mentally compiling lists of the things I need to read and make notes on. Oh I am going to be a fun person to live with in the coming months. I also managed to finish The Prestige. The book is quite different to the film and I can see why they had to make so many changes to make it filmable, but both are excellent. I just love that one of the themes is the unknown power of electricity. Something that we take for granted but must have been like magic back then.
